 Lost Woods |
| Enter the Lost Woods through the entrance just north of the Fortune Teller's hut and continue north. Cut the center bush of a 3×3 bush cluster and then drop into the hole. When you land, a one-quarter heart piece will be just below you. | |

Blind's Hideout |
| Enter the Theives' Hideout and go to the basement. Bomb through the cracked north wall there. A one-quarter heart piece is located inside the treasure chest. | |

Cave in Kakariko Village |
| To the northwest of the Bottle Merchant in Kakariko Village, there is a well. Stand on the ledge above the well and jump into it. Bomb through the cluster of rocks on the north wall for a one-quarter heart piece. | |

15-Second Game |
| Enter the House of the Quarreling Brother and open a passage through the west wall. When you get out through the south door of the west roon, you will be put to a test of speed. If you can complete the maze in 15 seconds or less, you will be rewarded with a one-quarter heart piece. | |

Swamp Entrance |
| Enter the Watergate and proceed to the far room where there are two levers for you to pull. Pull the lever on the east side of the room. This will cause the dam to open and the water level in the swamp reason to fall. Exit the Watergate to find a one-quarter heart piece towards the west. | |

North-East Desert Cave |
| Enter the cave in the northeast corner of the Great Desert. In the same room where Aginah the Wise Man is, bomb through the south wall to find a stuffy small chamber containing a single treasure chest. Inside is a one-quarter piece of heart. | |

Just West of the Sanctuary |
| Use the Pegasus Shoes to dash into the pile of rocks just west of the Sanctuary to uncover the entrance to a square chamber. A one-quarter piece of heart is located inside the treasure chest there. | |

South-West Corner of the Desert |
| If you travel to the far western reaches of the desert, you will see a one-quarter piece of heart sitting up on a ledge, near a vulture. To get it, you must first enter the main entrance of the Desert Palace, and then use the western exit to reach the ledge. | |

South-West of Zora's Falls |
| After obtaining Zora's Flippers, travel due south. Go over the first waterfall, but then turn west before going over the second one. Walk up the grassy slope and continue west to find a one-quarter piece of heart. | |

A Drop from Spectacle Rock |
| Walk around to the left side of a small rock formation along the edge of the mountain, in front of Spectacle Rock. Drop down, onto the lower ledge, and enter the cave. A one-quarter piece of heart is located on the 2nd Floor. | |
